Candle Care
TRIM THE WICK
Before lighting, trim the wick to around ¼ inch (0.6 cm) to prevent excessive smoke and soot. This also helps the candle burn evenly.
FIRST BURN
Allow your candle to burn for 2-3 hours during its initial use. This helps create an even wax pool, preventing tunneling and ensuring an even burn in the future.
AVOID DRAFTS
Keep candles away from drafts or breezy areas to prevent uneven burning and soot formation.
SAFETY FIRST
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Place them on heat-resistant surfaces.
EXTINGUISH PROPERLY
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to extinguish. Avoid using the lid or blowing directly onto the candle, as it may cause wax splatter.
STORAGE
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and preserve the fragrance.
